En-suite Bathroom Installation by Marshall & McCourt 

Requirement

The property is a traditional cottage of solid wall construction and was built pre 1900s. Marshall & McCourt were chosen due to the design that we proposed and the fact that we could provide a project managed solution using fully trained and qualified tradesmen. The customer required a bathroom style is in keeping with the traditional theme yet offered a modern twist. They required a new en-suite for the adjoining bedroom so this was taken into account upon design stage.

Solution

This bathroom is a great example of how space can be maximised but still gives that spacious look. The bath was fitted with a thermostatic overflow bath filler that gives a minimalistic, clean feel. We built a new wall between the bathroom and adjacent bedroom, which then allowed us to create a new en-suite in next doors bedroom. This has not only added value to the property but added that additional practically.
