Background

This customer was in the process of converting two adjoining properties into one home and was looking for an affordable heating solution to replace the existing conventional boilers.

Requirement

Instant hot water was required as Mr Koeppl did not want to heat a full tank of water if he only required a small amount at any one given time. Reliability was also a key issue as the customer had bad experiences with his previous boilers.

Solution

We decided to install two award winning Vaillant Ecotec Plus boilers which provided a high hot water flow rate. The new condensing boilers now save the customer up to £300 per annum each on his fuel bills, whilst becoming more reliable and providing instantaneous hot water throughout the properties. As a Vaillant approved installer, we were able to offer an extended 8-year manufacturers warranty on all parts and labour.
