Apply for the Green Homes Grant Scheme

Are you looking to make your home warmer and reduce your energy bills? If you are a homeowner or a landlord in England, you can now apply to get up to £5,000 government funding to pay up to two-thirds of the cost of upgrading the energy efficiency and heating in your home. If you are part of a low-income household, you can even get 100% of the cost of the upgrades covered, up to a maximum of £10,000.

What Improvements Can I Get?

The Green Home vouchers you receive must be used to install at least one primary home insulation or low carbon heating measure. If you choose to install at least one of the primary measures, you can use your voucher to help cover the cost of a secondary measure too. The grant for the secondary measure is capped at the value of the grant provided for the primary measures.
