Ultimate Plan

£20 per month for 2 Years

If you’re a busy landlord and own multiple properties, you simply don’t have the time to worry about issues with your tenants central heating system or a leaky pipe or worse still, a blockage in your above ground drainage.

Which is why our Ultimate Plan has been specially designed to alleviate those worries if and when the unforeseeable should happen. We’re also local – so no long waiting times leading to angry tenants!

This is a full maintenance and repair agreement that covers your boiler, controls, central heating system, plumbing and drainage system and gas supply pipework including an annual gas safety inspection (CP12), which is now a legal requirement.

Our plumbing and heating engineers are Gas Safe registered professionals and familiar with all makes of central heating boilers including Worcester Bosch, Vaillant, Baxi and Ideal.

Annual Boiler service to ensure safe and correct operation


Check of boiler controls operation and repairs when required


Boiler repairs and replacement of any faulty components


10% discount on all additional services including replacement boilers


Unlimited call outs


Central heating system repairs including leaks to radiator valves and pipework


Plumbing and Drainage System repairs including hot and cold water pipes; hot water cylinder; cold water tanks; and above ground drainage


Annual Gas Safety Inspection including a check of gas appliances and pipework (CP12)


No Excess

Any servicing to other gas appliances.


We do not cover repairs or replacing as follows:


Any non-gas appliances, Elson tanks, separate gas heaters supplying hot water LPG boiler and dual purpose boilers such as AGA’s and Rayburn.


Maintenance or replacement of fan convector heaters or heated towel rails or underfloor heating, corrosion or any work arising from hard water scale deposits


Removal of sludge or hard water scale from the protected system


Any gas fired appliance whose primary purpose is other than heating, for example a domestic cooker or lighting system


Below ground drainage


Repairs to pipework buried in concrete floors


Any lead, steel or cast iron pipework
