The Details

Requirement

This is a large bathroom in an old Victorian terrace house that stands out from the crowd. The main requirement for this bathroom was to create a modern contemporary look within this traditional building. Storage space was required around the bath and basin area without the need for separate standalone units.

Solution

The main feature of this bathroom is the spacious free-standing bath and tap. The rear wall had been altered to allow for the creation of a recess for the storage requirement that has been lit by LED dimmable lamps for added effect. Due to the size of the bathroom, it was also possible to fit in a low level, D-Shape free-standing shower cubical with powerful mixer shower. The addition of a natural oak basin unit gives this bathroom a real modern and unique look with additional storage space.
